Workshop on the Music of Padmashri Birendra Nath Dutta

A three days long workshop, named "Bohudin Bokulor Gundh Pua Nai" (বহুদিন বকুলৰ গোন্ধ পোৱা নাই) on the music of Padmashri Birendra Nath Dutta was organized by the Sangeet Jeuti NGO from 29th July 2019 to 31st July 2019 in Surya Agarwala Path, Senikuthi, Guwahati. The workshop had been taken in the afternoon shift, from the 3.00 PM. The workshop was taken by Gayatri Hazarika, a renowned Assamese playback singer with her assistant artists, as Amar Jyoti Deka (Keyboard), Kanak Goswami (Tabla), and Anjana Gogoi (Tabla).

The program was initiated by the lighting on the candle by Saurabh Kumar Das. The workshop was being attended by more than 50 participants. On the last day of the workshop, a cultural program was being arranged. To attend the cultural program, some honorable guests were being invited and they attended as well. Some of the guests were: Manisha Hazarika, Sibani Boruah, Rupam Talukdar, Surya Goswami, Abani Borah, Nayan Prasad, Prasanta Rajkhowa, Priyanku Bhagawati and Manjula Hazarika.

At the end, every participants were offered with a certificate.
